Hi my groovy friends! I'm Roxie, and this is Juniper.

I am a wife, mom, and pet-loving 30 year old artist. I was diagnosed in 2022 as approximately six different types of mentally spicy. I also am a queer woman and mother to a Hispanic son; and for these reasons among so many others, themes of mental health awareness, inclusivity, LGBTQIA+ Pride, and loving others-- which will show in my art sometimes. Other times my art is just random and cute. Sometimes witchy, sometimes pet-themed. We like variety in this house!

Juniper Bloom Studio is a custom and pre-made crafts business with a drive for sustainability and inclusivity. The studio was formed as a result of my growing need to "name my business" as a freelancing mural artist and graphic designer.

Around the same time my art was picking up, the many changes of 2020 hit hard-- and I lost four out of five of my income sources, which is when I started shifting from commission work to sustainable crafting and inclusive art. I wanted a way to still make art, while still being able to work my "day job", and at the time-- going to the craft store was not only expensive, but difficult given the state of things.

In the midst of these many changes, I also adopted a Border-Aussie mix, our namesake-- Juniper. She has been by my side through the best and worst of times, and I am grateful to be where I am because of her love.

Now, five years later, I've married my best friend, become a mama, obtained three more pets, and I am bringing my art online, as Juniper Bloom Studio (named, of course, after my dog)-- and I am so excited to share my designs with you!
